Our wines are based mainly on the Monastrell grape, which is perfectly suited to the habitat of our region: a magic combination of variety of grape, composition of soil and unique climate, which combine together to ensure that the grape develops its unique colour and flavour ypical of the characteristics of Jumilla's wines.

In the wine production process, traditional methods are combined together with modern developments in wine production, ensuring fermentation at controlled temperatures, and storage in stainless steel containers for better conservation of the wines.
